My little brother, Gabe, is the shout out of the day mainly because of his amazing costume for Halloween as a playboy bunny. Yes this horrifies me, and yes I fell off my chair laughing. So here you go.

In University of Washington I found a gigantic leaf. Yes, that leaf is as big as my torso. I loved that leaf for 48 hours but sadly I had to let it go when I got on the airport to leave. We had some good times walking around on campus and everyone on the tour commenting on it. Good times, good times. I wish it could have come with me, but I couldn’t put it in my bag. ...

Cream in coffee is good for my mom because she can get her caffeine and sugar high at the same time, I like it for photography. Same difference….. well maybe not. I feel like I should have gotten murdered in Seattle because I don’t drink coffee. It almost seems mandatory when you visit, let alone live. What can I say, i just don’t like coffee. Looks like marble to me. Thanks Starbucks for the shot.

Pike Place Market in Seattle really was an extraordinary experience. There were so many people, so many colors, and so much life. People just offer you food, sing and laugh, it really is a place to see. There will be many more photos from here coming up so stay tuned. Oh and a lady walked into the back of a car and whipped out. Funny but sad. Here are some color pictures of the market. The first is a dried pepper chain, (mom bought one) and of course the classic fruit line up. I can’t wait to go back again.

Gabe and Doug are planning an early Halloween around the neighborhood in an attempt to bring in a big haul. Gabe’s also decided to go as a Playboy bunny. I’m not sure he really looks like one, but he sure does pull off the young girl look look nicely. The bunny mask really just makes me frightened. I think it really terrifies Doug. A little basketball and then it’s time to skip off to scare the neighbors. ...

Don your masks your alter egos it’s time for the dance a dark waltz full of mischief and grief hide your face and smile anew the night is yours no light lies between you no boundaries just a moon and a cry to keep the night alive grinning faces with twisted smiles children running tricks to be played under the night’s watch for a night you are who you truly are when the masks go on they finally are off let out your darkness to share with the world close your eyes pull down your veil it’s time to play let out a howl it Halloween day!

We visited UW as a possible college for me and it was amazing. This campus is beautiful. They said they have 17 libraries which suits my fancy and they are right on the water. With it being fall there is so much color here and vibrancy in everything even though it is gray out. The architecture is also amazing. The building I would probably be in is called Savory which is in the most beautiful part of campus, the quad. ...

Well what can I say, it’s Seattle and it’s beautiful. I really love it here. Weather isn’t so bad, windy mostly with just a little rain last night. So far the journey has been great. Our flight went smoothly with lots of beautiful sunset pictures from the airplane window. A change from my normal taking pictures from a car window to a plane window.

Sitting in an airport with my super travel buddy, my mom. Drinking Starbucks and perfecting the skill that is creeper photos. We prefer cars, simple as that. We are road trippin’ travel buddies not air trippin’. It just isn’t the same. So much is lost when you travel by airplane, all you see is your destination not what is in between. I know it sounds corny and cliche but it really is about the journey not your destination. I have not gone on an airplane for about two and a half years now. So naturally this is my first flight in a while and I have practically no idea what I am doing. ...

I am off to Seattle, Washington for my 17 birthday so I am not sure whether new posts will be up this weekend but I will try. Happy Halloween people!
