Enjoying Jamestown with my aunt and uncle

We’re visiting historic Jamestown, VA with my uncle Peter and aunt Dorothy. First some group shots in front of the pavilion honoring John Smith and the first settlement. Enough of that, time for some fun on the ships. And to top it all off, my uncle intends to launch me from a cannon. Lynda looks very pleased.

Vacationing in Lake George

We’re off for a big vacation this time up to Lake George. I think we stayed at the Holiday Inn. We visited Fort William Henry and enjoyed a boat ride on the Ticonderoga. There’s also a place called Santa’s Workshop with lots of fun things to do for kids like Lynda and me. Here I am showing off my prized possession from our recent trip to Lake George. Trip to the Hamptons

I fondly remember many summers we spent in Amagansett with my grandpa Charlie and grandma Edith. There was always plenty of swimming in the pool and the ocean, fishing, digging for clams, and playing in the sand dunes. I think we had some of our best times on these trips.
