Backpacking in the Alaska National Wildlife Refuge

Today we’ve made it to the Marsh Fork and Dirk’s first pickup point. We won’t be leaving from here, but it’s a nice sign we’re on track.

This is an incredible spot with a great campsite overlooking the riverbed.
