Charlotte and I are headed up to Santa Rosa to do Levi’s Gran Fondo ride tomorrow. First we need to get through San Francisco. Then there are a few cool sites while we make our way through Marin. There sure is a ton of traffic around here. A few interesting shots now that we’ve made it to Santa Rosa. They’re just starting to set things up for tomorrow’s expo while I wait in line for my registration. Looks like local framebuilder Calfee is getting his stuff together. I think this is the closest I will get to actually riding with Levi unfortunately. ...

What does this look like to you? Me, I think it looks like a drag queen being abused by some strange deranged person. Actually, that is just me being attacked by my friends. Can you tell how much my friends love me? 🙂 Well I love them no matter what they do to me. Let me give you a brief glimpse of my life through this picture. I hate it when people touch my hair. Two of my best friends attacked me, dragged me out onto the grassy knoll, ditched me, then tackled me, dragged me back to our spot, then held me down and put my hair into the most hideous pair of pig tails you will ever see. ...

I am still not really sure what the heck this thing is, but I thought it looked pretty cool. It kind of reminds me of the movie Monsters Inc where the little girl wore the antennas made out of things that looked like what ever this is. Anyway, I enjoy it, therefore you should enjoy it. I mean you are reading my blog.

I just have to put this out here, I NEVER WANT TO LISTEN TO U2 EVER AGAIN! Sorry U2, but it isn’t your fault, blame IB. We had to write an essay on the song “One” by U2 that was a little absurd. By now I have watched tha buffalo video (which by the way still makes no sense to me even though I have dragged bits of meaning out of it) ...

Charlotte and Gordon have finished up closing everything for the winter. One last walk around the camp before heading out to California tomorrow. Charlotte missed the fall peak, but it’s not so bad anyway. There’s time for one last visit with Betty in Rabbit Bay as well Then a trip to Cyndi’s Jam Shop in Bootjack for some sweets to take back home followed by a drive out to Calumet and Tamarac Waterworks. ...

I love this photo with a passion, it really gets me for some reason, it is even in my art book know. I am not sure why it strikes me as beautiful and intriguing but it really does.

Sunsets like this just make me wish I was up in Bootjack with Charlotte.
