I talked the family into heading down to the Sea Otter Classic in Monterey. I tend to overload them with bike stuff, but I'm convinced they'll really enjoy this one. The drive down is very scenic. Should have rode down on the bike.

This mountain bike area was quite the collection of technical ramps and jumps. These guys have amazing bike handling skills.

We spent a lot of time in the expo area. Lots of great booths, fun, and food.

Off in the distance we watched a bunch of crazy downhill racers.

I think everyone really enjoyed themselves. Nick even put his arm around Monica.

We squeezed in a quick trip to the Aquarium while we were down this way. I love the shorebird exhibit.
