A great day in Bootjack

Here's Charlotte's last day in Michigan before heading home to
the family. The day starts bright and early as there is much to pack in today.
Rose's place is looking great. We'll be enjoying this view
later this summer.
Gordon is looking like a happy man back at his home.
The woodpeckers have been busy with this tree.
A few random shots around camp. The lake is incredibly low this year,
and the bald eagles are enjoying the clear blue skies.
Next stop is Calumet Water Works. Lake Superior looks pretty low
also. A calm day without black flies. Something we don't see very often in the summer.
Over in Jacobsville, things are looking a bit stormy. The Portage
Lake side is so low and calm, you can see all the way to the bottom.
Charlotte visited the Jacobsville quarry for the very first time.
I'll have to head over their too when we're up this summer. The view of the sandstone
cliffs is really nice from this vantage point. We normally only see them from the boat.
No trip to Bootjack would be complete without a spectacular sunset.
