Notes - William's first wife, Eliza, died in childbirth and was buried with hr stillborn child at Cedar Lawn Cemetery, Patrson, New Jersey. In 1885, William had the bodies reenterred in the new Laurel Grove Cemetery, Totowa, New Jersey in a large family plot. .
