May 4, 1811. John Tice and Phebe Young, his wife, of the Township of Franklin, conveyed to Jacob Young of the same place, for $887.80, a parcel of land in Franklin Township, part of lot 153 in the Ramapough tract, excepting a road called Franklin Turnpike running across the land bounded by the heirs of Jacob Crouter, east by John Litchholt, south by a brook and Benjamin Westervelt.
